The Q’ Bella offering changes seasonally and is dependent on what is fresh and readily available. A few of the more popular products shown below, are available year-round.  Other items such as Fresh Tomato Bruschetta Topping and Georgia Peaches Roasted with Sweet Wine & Spices are only available during the warmer months.

 In response to requests for items that can be kept in the pantry and used to create the flavors of Q' Bella at any time, we created Mixins,  a range of hand-blended spice and herb blends that can be used to create dips, spreads, dressings, marinades and rubs. To make it easy for you, we've put instructions on the packets.

 

Q' Bella also offers a range of robust rubs under the name Teague & Blacket. Each product is hand-mixed from quality ingredients including herbs, spices, sea salt and cracked pepper. Ingredients are carefully blended by hand and each batch is taste tested to create the perfect balance of flavors.

Olive & Goat Cheese Tapenade -

A simple relish made up of several kinds of Greek and Mediterranean olives, fresh garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, crumbly goat cheese and olive oil. Try it on rustic French bread, as a topping for grilled fish or chicken. Or, toss it into freshly cooked pasta with a bit of olive oil, some cracked pepper and good grated cheese.

We were proud to be honored as a statewide finalist in this year's Flavor of Georgia competition for our Olive & Goat Cheese Tapenade. 

We offer a range of savory cheese spreads. Flavored with herbs and spices each unique spread contains a blend of fresh cheese. Our offering includes Roasted Garlic Cheese Spread with a rich flavor, zesty Cheddar & Ale Cheese Spread and a Skinny Greek Cheese Spread made with feta cheese and nonfat Greek yogurt.

Most of the foods offered by Q' Bella feature the flavors of sunnier climates. But our heritage also has roots in the cooler countries of England, Ireland and Scotland. Borrowing from family history, we created Teague & Blacket, a line of Celtic and British inspired foods.

 

Our first products were two robust mustards; Snakebite Pub Mustard and Sweet Magnolia's Hot Mustard. 

 

Q' Bella offers  a range of salad  dressings that are all natural and bursting with flavor.  Here are a couple of our more popular items:

Tangerine & Roasted Coriander Dressing - a creamy delicate flavored dairy free citrus dressing that incorporates fresh tangerine juice with a touch of walnut oil and shallots.

Blueberry  & Basil Balsamic Dressing - this lively salad dressing contains blueberries, fresh basil, white balsamic vinegar, honey and sweet onion.
